The Beogram 9500 is one of the rarest turntables Bang & Olufsen produced — created as the matching vinyl source for the award-winning Beocenter 9500, with a lid designed to complement it visually. Mechanically it shares its chassis, tangential tonearm and motor with the Beogram 4500, tracking each groove at the recorded angle with no skating force or tracking error. Datalink allows integration with compatible B&O systems. It is increasingly hard to find and looks fantastic with its sleek, low-profile design.
A presentable example in good working order. There are marks on the dust cover and platter, which would benefit from a polish. No MMC cartridge is included — a compatible B&O MMC cartridge is required to play records. There is no built-in RIAA stage — a B&O source with RIAA or an external DIN phono stage is required.
