The Beogram 6500 is the turntable of Bang & Olufsen’s Beosystem 6500. Its linear tangential tonearm tracks the groove at the geometrically correct angle across the entire record, eliminating the tracking error and skating force of a conventional pivoted arm. This example is in the white finish, which looks exceptional, and features a built-in RIAA stage.
This unit has been serviced and fitted with a new replacement DIN cable. There are some marks on the dust cover and exterior, as expected for an item of this age. No MMC cartridge is included — a compatible B&O MMC cartridge is required to play records.
