BeoCentre 2 (Table Stand) + Socket Unit - CD/DAB/RADIO
The BeoCenter 2 marked a turn in B&O’s design language towards curves: a low, sculpted main unit in touch-sensitive aluminium, with the disc drive hidden beneath a motorised lid and every connection moved out to a separate socket unit so the part you see stays completely clean. David Lewis designed it, and it was produced from 2004 to 2012, operated from its own keypad or a Beo4. On the table stand it becomes a freestanding object in its own right — a configuration that is becoming increasingly rare and hard to find.
A fantastic player, very presentable overall with some marks on the main unit. The socket unit has soft-touch matting which can be removed, and it normally sits hidden out of sight. Supplied with the socket unit, master unit cable and table stand. Please inspect the images closely.
