Designed by David Lewis and launched alongside the BeoLab 8000 in 1992, the BeoLab 6000 is one of the most recognisable active loudspeakers in B&O history and part of the MoMA permanent collection in New York. Each speaker is formed from a single piece of anodised aluminium — 110cm tall, just 10cm deep — housing two Class AB amplifiers driving two 9cm woofers and a 1.8cm dome tweeter in a bass-reflex enclosure with Adaptive Bass Linearisation. Two PowerLink sockets allow direct loop-through to the second speaker. RCA input means they connect to any source, not only B&O.
Sky Blue is one of the rarer BeoLab 6000 finishes. This is a matched pair in overall good used condition. Covers present well with little to no marks. Some light marks on the casings consistent with age — please inspect all listing images.
