The BeoSound 3200, launched in 2004, was Bang & Olufsen’s first music system to incorporate a hard drive — one of the very first consumer audio products to do so from a mainstream manufacturer. A CD loaded into the slot mechanism is ripped as it plays, storing compressed audio on the internal hard drive with capacity for approximately 380 albums. Categories, favourites, and track preferences are stored per disc; the entire library can be browsed and played via the Beo4 remote. The glass doors slide aside on sensor proximity, exactly as on the BeoSound Ouverture and 3000 before it. The BeoLab 2500 MK2 aluminium satellites complete the system as the purpose-matched active speakers, with Masterlink integration. The aerial allows FM reception. This is the final iteration of this product line.
Fantastic condition. HDD confirmed working — ripped music plays correctly. Light mark on the aluminium clamper — noted in the condition section. Beo4 remote and aerial included.
